Drydocks World- Dubai was awarded for the ‘Best Repair Yard’ at the international Maritime & Excellence Awards of Shiptek 2009, the flagship event of MarineBizTV, held at Singapore on the 7th of May 2009. The Managing Director/CEO of Colombo Dockyard Mr. Mangala P.B. Yapa presented the award at a colourful ceremony held at the Raffles Ballroom of Swissotel-The Stamford, Singapore.
Representing Drydocks World Dubai, the award was received by Toh Ho Tay, Director- New Building Commercial.
