Capt. Rado Antolovic – CEO & MD – Maritime Services Division & CEO Drydocks World 
 

Capt. Rado Antolovic has over three decades of experience across leading port and maritime industries. In his previous roles as CEO of JSC NCSP and a number of senior positions with DP World, P&O Ports, APL and his seagoing experience with MOL he successfully set-up, restructured and managed numerous ports and marine businesses in many international locations.


As CEO of P&O Maritime he has been at the forefront of the company’s successful turn over and fast global expansion. As the CEO and MD – Maritime Services Division, his task is to efficiently consolidate all DP World group maritime business and to provide a strong platform for long term growth.


Capt. Rado holds a PHD and MBA in transport and economics.

 
 
Prasad – Director Finance
 
 
Prasad is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years post qualification experience.

He joined DP World in 2009 where he was appointed as Head of Internal Audit and presently he holds the position of Director Maritime Services Division Finance. Prior to DP World Prasad was the CFO at Port of Salalah with APM Terminals.

 
Radostin Popov - Director Commercial & Business Development Maritime Services Division
 
   

Radostin is responsible for both the Commercial and Business Development functions for all the entities of the Maritime Services Division including P&O Maritime, Drydocks World, P&O Ports and P&O Marinas. His primary responsibility is generating new business globally and he plays a lead role in the development of investment proposals, engaging with the Business Units to set commercial strategies and has functional oversight on both BD and commercial activities across the division.

 

He also is responsible for the establishment and implementation of business development processes and strategies for high quality proposals in line with operational parameters and corporate governance policies to achieve overall revenue and other financial targets.


Radostin has more than 25 years of experience in the maritime and port industry. Prior to joining P&O, he has worked in Ports, Infrastructure, Shipbuilding, Ship management, Logistics and Defense with DP World, P&O (prior to DP World Acquisition), Fesco, Summa Group and others.

  
 

Radostin has an MBA from the University of Oxford, Said Business School.

 

  Latifa Mohammad - Director Human Capital
 
 
Latifa is leading the Maritime Services Division (MSD) Human Capital, her role is to oversee the Human Capital function for MSD, P&O Maritime, P&O Ports, DMC, P&O Marinas and Drydocks World globally. Among other areas, Latifa is leading the Human Capital function across the MSD globally and strategically plans Human Capital strategies in support of organizational goals to sustain the company’s vision and mission.
 
 
Latifa isn’t new to the Maritime Services Division of DP World as she held the position of Regional Human Capital Senior Manager for Middle East, Africa & Europe (MEAE) as well as supporting the Director HC on all Corporate HC matters, within P&O Maritime and the group from 2006 to 2015.
 
 
She then transferred and worked within DP World Human Capital Head Office as Director Talent Management, Leadership Development and Nationalization.
 
 

Latifa brings 17 years of experience working with international leading Banks, investment financial firms, Maritime & Port Companies with considerable experience in Human Capital, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Audit risk control compliance. Latifa holds a Degree in Banking and Financial Studies and a Human Resource Executive Certificate and was an assessor at the Dubai Government Human Resources Audit Committee.
