Capt. Rado Antolovic PhD- Chief Executive Officer of Drydocks World & Dubai Maritime City
Capt. Rado Antolovic has over three decades of experience across leading port and maritime industries. In his previous roles as CEO of JSC NCSP and a number of senior positions with DP World, P&O Ports, APL and his seagoing experience with MOL, he successfully set-up, restructured, and managed numerous ports and marine businesses in many international locations.
As CEO of P&O Maritime he was at the forefront of the company’s successful turn over and fast global expansion. As the CEO and MD of DP World Maritime Services Division, Capt. Rado was tasked with efficiently consolidating the maritime businesses, to provide a strong platform for long term growth. He is now focusing on leading the advancement of Drydocks World and Dubai Maritime City.
Capt. Rado holds a PHD and MBA in transport and economics.

Janarthanan Lakshmi Kanthan- Chief Commercial Officer
Jana is a seasoned professional in the maritime and offshore business, with more than 30 years of experience. He joined Drydocks World as an estimator in 1998, and has been part of the project management team completing many successful conversion, new build, and major upgrade projects. During his tenure as part of the special projects team, he was successful in bringing to fruition major contracts for FPSO conversion and new building, in addition to numerous repair projects.
Jana has steadily grown in the company in various roles, and has been a leader in upgrade projects and acquisition feasibility studies. He has completed specialised courses in Contract Management and has successfully negotiated many contracts for Drydocks World. He has extensive experience working in shipyards throughout India and the Middle East, including a yard managed by Keppel. Jana has his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree.

Mohammad Abdulrazaq Alawadhi- Vice President HSSEQ & Business Excellence
Mohammad has worked in various roles in strategy, quality, business excellence, HSE and international assignments in Drydocks World and the South East Asia business units since 2010. He has served as a member on the national committees of government owned organizations in strategic planning and organizational excellence. This includes being a committee member in the Dubai Maritime Industrial Strategy Committee established by Government of Dubai. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Drydocks World Pax Ocean in Singapore. Mohammad is highly experienced in HSEQ management, business excellence strategy, and restructuring to drive efficiency.
Mohammad graduated with distinction from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management. He is a certified EFQM Excellence Assessor, Dubai Quality Award Assessor, Lead QMS Auditor, OHS Auditor and has professional memberships to international organizations such as ILM, ASQ & IOSH.
He has also achieved numerous professional and academic awards, with 24 international & regional HSEQ awards achieved for Drydocks World. Other awards include the “Young Leader of the Year” Award 2015 at the 7th Annual Leadership & Management Week conference in the UAE,and UAE
President Medal for Academic Excellence by Ministry of Presidential Affairs & HCT.
