The Dubai shipyard manages the industrial precinct at Dubai Maritime City. Occupying 106 hectares of land oriented towards around a central vessel basin, which is just under half of the 2.4 million square meters of the total area of Dubai Maritime City, the new facility will have an open sea access, ready access to an expanding market, opportunities for networking among entities having similar interests, advanced and efficient services – all in close proximity to the commercial districts of Dubai.  


Units for workshops, warehouses, shops, showrooms and canteens are available on lease at the industrial precinct. Warehouses are available as shells and office units can be included within warehouses if desired, with all modern amenities and individually metered services. To service the needs of the repair activities of the industrial precinct partners, the master plan incorporates a range of showrooms with provision for additional office and storage capabilities.

 

Besides, on-site labour accommodation will be an integral part of the industrial precinct, reducing transportation costs and providing modern, functional living accommodation in close proximity to the workplace.
