As the Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment at Drydocks World, Saleh brings a wealth of experience to his role, overseeing the HSE Division with a multifaceted portfolio that includes Safety Operation, Compliance, Governance & Sustainability, Environment & Decarbonisation, Fire & Rescue, Environment, and Medical departments.

Professional Journey: Saleh has held senior management positions in a number of large organisations, where he assumed leadership roles in developing and implementing comprehensive corporate health, safety, environment, risk management, and business continuity management strategies. His expertise extends to collaborating with executive leadership teams, providing strategic advice across critical areas.
Key Leadership Positions: Prior to his role at Drydocks World, Saleh served as the Corporate Health, Safety, and Environment Director at TECOM Group, Dubai Holding, and MERAAS Assets Management. In his capacity as the Head of Quality, Health Safety, Security, and Environment at Dolphin Energy, he played a crucial role in supporting complex midstream and downstream Gas Energy projects and operations.
Strategic Achievements: Saleh's career includes working at Nakheel, a Dubai World company, where he served as the HSE Department Manager. During this tenure, he established the HSE department from scratch for all Jumeirah family of brands vertical.
Oil & Gas Expertise: Having worked for Schlumberger on both onshore and offshore upstream oilfield projects, Saleh began his career as an oilfield engineer. Subsequently, he transitioned into the role of HSE Advisor for all onshore and offshore operations, showcasing his commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
